We ask for a commitment fee of RM2,500. It is not a course fee. It is skin in the game, and you earn it back.
Meet the Completion Criteria (attend all five weekends, build your assets, and take part in the delivery assignments) and we refund your fee, minus the actual running costs like venue, food, and materials. Those costs are published to the cohort up front, and we keep them lean.
Do the work, and the program costs you next to nothing. That is how sure we are that showing up and doing the reps is what gets you booked.

THE MECHANICS
HOW IT WORKS
Most of your time here is spent on your feet, not in a seat. Here is how a TP-Ready cycle runs.
Before each weekend
The theory is pre-recorded. You watch the modules on your own time and arrive ready to practice from the first minute.
During each Saturday
Room time is for reps. You design, deliver, and get live feedback, then go again. Training prepares you for the future; mentoring improves the now.
Between weekends
You keep refining your assets on the cohort's community platform, sharing and testing with the group so each Saturday builds on the last.
On Graduation Day
You deliver an assessed showcase and pitch live to invited TPs, and you keep the recording to share with future providers.

Hi, Maverick here.
I have spent years in the trainers community - marketing them, mentoring them, learning with them - and I kept seeing the same thing: capable people who passed their TTT, did everything right, and still never got booked.
TP-Ready is the program I wish they had (frankly, the program I wished I had too), the practical bridge between holding a certificate and standing in front of a real client.

Is this just another course?
No. TP-Ready is a practice program built on a flipped learning model. Anything that can be pre-planned lives in the pre-recorded modules you watch before each weekend. Room time is for delivering, getting feedback, and improving, and the teaching that happens live is situational, responding to what comes up in the room rather than repeating a planned lecture. You leave with a portfolio and a live pitch to real providers, not just another certificate.
I already did my HRDC TTT. Why do I need this?
Your TTT proves you completed the training. It does not build the delivery skills, the portfolio, or the provider access that turn a certificate into paid work. TP-Ready is the advanced step that closes that gap.
Will this actually get me booked?
The promise is readiness, not a guaranteed gig. TP-Ready is built so that by Graduation Day you will be well on your way to completing your accreditation requirements, with a real portfolio built and a pitch delivered to the decision makers. The program gives you the structure, the pacing, and the support. The work, and the accreditation, are yours to earn. Do I really have what it takes to stand up there?

- Completed all the assets that get you TP-Ready: your positioning statement, trainer profile, course outline, facilitation notes and Q&A guide, and pitch-ready deployment kit.
- Participated in delivery assignments throughout the program.
What if an emergency makes me miss a weekend?
Talk to us as early as you can. We handle these case by case. The five weekends build on each other, so protect those Saturdays in your calendar. If a genuine emergency comes up, we will work out a fair way forward together.
