Certified but not Booked?
The only post-TTT accelerator that helps new trainers like you build provider-ready assets, pitch to real training providers (TPs), and earn your fee back upon completion.
The certificate is on the wall.
The calendar is empty.
You signed up for the HRDC TTT.
You sat through the five days.
You passed.
You framed the certificate.
Then nothing.
No calls. No bookings. No clients. Just a certificate on the wall and a calendar that stays empty, while trainers no more qualified than you land the gigs you wanted.
Here is the part nobody warned you about: your HRDC certificate is only the starting point. It does not prove you can hold a room, design a session that sticks, package and price a proposal a provider will actually buy, or convince a training provider (TP) to put you in front of their clients. That is the gap between certified and booked, and it is where hundreds of newly certified trainers quietly end up, every month.
It is exactly the gap TP-Ready is built to close.
At the end of this 5-weekend accelerator, you'll walk away with:
- A niche-defined trainer profile
- A ready-to-deliver course outline
- A live pitch to real TPs
- A recorded showreel
- A skillset to angle your program to any client, any industry
- The confidence to pitch for paid work
- Your program fee refunded!*
*Conditions apply. See "The Fee That Pays You Back" below for how the refund works.
WHY DID WE DESIGN THIS?
Beyond Certification
Your certificate proves you passed. It was never built to get you booked. Your HRDC TTT ends at certified. That's the gap TP-Ready closes — certified to booked.
Repetition Over Theory
Nerves do not fix themselves. The fear of freezing in front of a room only goes away with more practice and experience. Every weekend with TP-Ready is spent delivering, getting feedback, and improving.
Provider Representation
TPs book trainers they've seen deliver. Right now, they haven't seen you. Graduation Day changes that: a live pitch to invited TPs, and a showcase video you can show to those who couldn't make it.
Provider-Ready Assets
By the end, you've built the materials providers actually ask for: a niche-defined trainer profile that sets you apart, a ready-to-deliver course outline, and a video showreel. You walk in with expertise and walk out with the assets that get you booked.

Complete it, and your fee comes back
We ask for a commitment fee of RM2,500. It is not a course fee. It is skin in the game, and you earn it back.
Meet the Completion Criteria (attend all five weekends, build your assets, and take part in the delivery assignments) and we refund your fee, minus the actual running costs like venue, food, and materials. Those costs are published to the cohort up front, and we keep them lean.
Do the work, and the program costs you next to nothing. That is how sure we are that showing up and doing the reps is what gets you booked.
How it works
Most of your time here is spent on your feet, not in a seat. Here is how a TP-Ready cycle runs.
Before each weekend
The theory is pre-recorded. You watch the modules on your own time and arrive ready to practice from the first minute.
During each Saturday
Room time is for reps. You design, deliver, and get live feedback, then go again. Training prepares you for the future; mentoring improves the now.
Between weekends
You keep refining your assets on the cohort's community platform, sharing and testing with the group so each Saturday builds on the last.
On Graduation Day
You deliver an assessed showcase and pitch live to invited TPs, and you keep the recording to share with future providers.
The shape of it
Five weekends in total: four Saturdays of practice plus Graduation Day, run with a small cohort of five to eight so everyone delivers every time.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Clarity on the market you serve: a validated working niche grounded in what training providers and HRD Corp actually fund.
A market-informed trainer profile that showcases the value you bring to the table.
A complete, ready-to-deliver course outline, supported by a lesson plan that lets you walk into the room knowing exactly what happens next.
Facilitation notes and a Q&A preparation guide, so you can hold the room and handle tough questions with confidence.
A pitch-ready proposal kit, with an executive summary, industry-tailored outlines, and a pricing brief, so you can package and price the version a provider's client actually wants.
A recorded showcase delivery you can share with providers and prospects.
A live pitch to invited training providers.
The confidence to pitch for paid work, and the proof to back it up.
Who is this designed for?
The Newly Certified Trainer
You have just earned your training certification or accreditation, with no real strategy to get booked and no idea how to package, price, or pitch yourself to a provider.
The Subject-Matter Expert
You have deep expertise but no packaged program. You need to turn what you know into a structured session a TP can actually sell.
The Career Changer
You are moving from a corporate role into training and need the delivery skills, provider-ready assets, and TP access to get booked.

Who's behind TP-Ready
Hi, I'm Maverick Foo. I have spent years in the trainers community - marketing them, mentoring them, learning with them - and I kept seeing the same thing: capable people who passed their TTT, did everything right, and still never got booked. TP-Ready is the program I wish they had, the practical bridge between holding a certificate and standing in front of a real client.
If that is where you are right now, I built this for you.
